Response time

We aim to answer every request within 48 hours. For something urgent, mark your email as high priority.

Common questions

How do I sync my data across devices?

Turn on iCloud sync in Settings → iCloud, and make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID on every device. Your spaces then stay in sync automatically.

Can I recover deleted items?

Yes. Pro users have Recently Deleted with 30-day recovery. On the free tier you can undo a deletion right after it happens.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Open the app, then Settings → ToMe Pro, and choose monthly, annual, or the one-time lifetime purchase. Pro starts with a 7-day free trial.
