Spaces, sections & tags

Colorful folder cards that group related saves, each with its own name, icon and color, showing the last things you filed in it.

1. Tap + on the home screen; start from a template or build your own.
2. Open a space → ⋯ → Edit Space to change name, icon, color or delete it.
3. Long-press and drag folder cards to reorder them.

Named sub-groups inside a space, like Appetizers and Desserts within Recipes.

1. Open a space → Edit Space → + Add Section.
2. Drag an item onto a section header to file it.
3. Tap a header to collapse or expand it.

Cross-space labels so related things surface together no matter where they live.

1. In an item's Tags field, type a tag and press Return.
2. Pick from suggested and most-used tags as you type.
3. Search #tag to filter to everything with that label.

Make spaces yours with visual card styles, and browse a space in compact, visual or grid layouts.

1. Settings → Card Style to preview the styles and adjust the sliders.
2. Inside a space, switch between compact rows, big visual previews and a grid.

Order items your way, filter by read status, pin favorites and move items between spaces.

1. Inside a space, use the sort/filter menu (Newest, Title, Type; All/Unread/Read).
2. Pin an item to keep it on top; long-press → Move to Space to relocate it.

Get a nudge about a saved item at the time you choose.

1. When adding or editing an item, or by swiping to the bell, pick In 1 hour, Tonight, Tomorrow or a custom time.
2. It fires even if the app is closed.
